I love the packaging of this special edition of Bailey’s Irish Cream. I served Baileys Strawberries & Cream at a party last week and everyone who tried it raved about it! In fact, my mother was there and said, “Shari, I love this drink!” 

It reminds me of a strawberry milkshake with a nice edge in the finish. It has the structure and creaminess of the traditional Baileys with a light pink colour and subtle aromas and flavours of strawberries.

I poured it straight or over ice and it is delicious! My guests suggested pouring over vanilla or chocolate ice cream or mixing with strawberries or adding to their coffee. One suggested making fudge or a cheesecake with it!

Many people also use this sweet indulgence in other recipes and cocktails.
