Wine Review. Pretty and Pink!

Pretty and Pink!

It is heating up out there and time to start thinking about Rosé!

I love bone dry rosé chilled, especially from the south of France. This week’s wine of the week is a blend of local varieties from a small appellation in beautiful Provence called Coteaux Varois.

Terres De Saint Louis Rosé is a pretty wine with a beautiful salmon colour, soft berry aromas and good acidity.  It is pale salmon pink with delicate strawberry and cherry aromas. It has mid-weight as you taste it, with dry berry and citrus flavours and a refreshing crisp finish.
Terres De Saint Louis Rosé Varois En Provence | 750 mL | 13% alc/vol | sugar 2 g/L | +234575 | $13.40

At less than $15, it is a great value.

This wine makes a great aperitif or pair with light foods like salads, grilled fish and vegetables and goat cheese.

Cheers,

Shari 🥂
